It is among the world’s major producers of tyres and associated services and the only one focused solely on the Consumer tyre market, which includes tyres for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

 

Within the Global Marketing function, inside the Market Intelligence team, the candidate will be involved in activities mainly related to Market Intelligence and Sales Long-Term Planning of Original Equipment (OE) Tyre. 


Specifically, under tutor’s supervision, the intern will: 
• Support the team in Sales & Market Intelligence databases’ management, KPI preparation and presentation for Top Management;
• Help to perform Trend Analysis for Tyre and Automotive Market on specific topics (e.g., CAR production, EV automotive segment, collect info on market news and trend evolution, etc);
• Collaborate to the analysis and evaluation of new OE incoming business opportunities, in terms of strategic relevance for Pirelli;
• Support for Periodical Review of Long-Term Market and Sales Planning;
• Support in the activities related to tool development to predict long term demand, Potential Tyre Market and estimation of market share;
• Help to share info and reporting with other functions and Countries worldwide.

 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields. 

• Fluency in English

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Strong analytical and data crunching approach;
• Digital mindset;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Team player with a proactive results orientation;
• Demonstrable high-end analytical and numeric skills;
• Passion and knowledge of Automotive is a plus.
