DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

We are seeking a proactive, motivated and analytical professional to join our team in the Value Chain Complexity Management area. This role focuses on assessing and managing complexity within the supply chain and production factories to optimize efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

· Calculate and analyze the impact of complexity in the production factories in a dynamic market environment (considering mix variation and technological evolution)

· Assess the effects of introducing new production lines in the factory

· Monitor and follow digitalization efforts related to complexity KPIs

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven methodologies to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.

· Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial engineering teams to ensure alignment between production strategies and business goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Production Systems, or related fields.

· Professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools). Python and SQL coding skills are a plus

· Strong analytical mindset to navigate complex manufacturing challenges.

· Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas concisely across different levels of the organization.

· Proactive problem-solving approach, inspired by self-entrepreneurship,

· Team-oriented approach, with the ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
