You will join the M&A function which is instrumental to achieve the strategic targets of the group and to cope with a dynamic environment that is currently experiencing a transition towards the autonomous vehicles. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

· Market research and competitive analysis.

· Analyzing financial statements, providing relevant ratios and performance analysis.

· Valuating potential M&A target companies/assets using a range of valuation techniques (including DCF valuation, trading multiples analysis, transaction comps analysis).

· Due diligence process and activities.

· Preparing materials and presentations for both external and internal use in a senior executive setting.

· Coordinating different internal and external teams involved in the transaction process.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Master's degree in business administration / finance / economics/ engineering or similar fields.

· Fluency in Italian and English.

· Solid knowledge of financial statements and financial modelling.

· Good knowledge of Office and the main data providers (such as Bloomberg/FactSet/Capital IQ).

· Analytical and communication skills with a result-oriented mindset.
