WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
•    Work closely with the functional teams (region, plant and other stakeholder) to optimize all intermediate process related to Manufacturing area
•    Evaluate, design and implement new potential solution related to work scheme and shift organization that focus on production efficiency
•    Support Engineering team providing business case to support Automation projects implementation
•    Promote the use of standard methodology to all plants, such as Kaizen Event, Value Stream Mapping, OEE, Standard operational Procedure, Lean Six sigma, A3 Problem Solving 
•    Support Plant improvement initiative by defining and assessing cost/benefit analysis to boost both productivity and cost reduction activities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Master Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering
•    Fluent in Italian and English.
•    Basics knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 
•    Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc) 
•    Good Knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc..)
