Main Activities:

The HR business partner Intern will support the HR Business Partner in managing the main HR Processes at HQ level.
We are looking for someone creative, with international mindset and who wants to give impact in the company managing HR activities such as Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Performance Management, Organizational management, HR Special Projects and International Mobility Processes.
She/he will support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Economics/Law/Humanities. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
• Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics;
• Outstanding track record, fluency in English and good communication skills;
• Plus if any previous HR experiences.
