You will join the Country Italy commercial organization, specifically in Driver Italia branch, a dynamic and cross-functional group dedicated to optimizing customer experience, sales processes and data harmonization in own property Market Place. You will support your tutor in business operations by enhancing digital platforms, streamlining customer interactions, and ensuring the efficiency of sales support systems. 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN   

You will collaborate with your tutor in:   

• Managing applications and customer communication through B2B websites. 
• Implementing and developing projects in the area of customer service & integration. 
• Supporting the Business Development Managers on-filed with central company tools & systems (CRM). 
• Conducting benchmarking activities aimed at improving existing functionalities and applications. 
• Supporting Business Development Mangers operative activities.
