Title:  Internship Digital ESG Project

We are seeking a Digital Project Intern to join our Sustainability Digital Solutions Team, who will support in ensuring the successful design, implementation and delivery of digital projects that contribute to our sustainability objectives. He/She will support the team in the following activities:

• Understand how to translate business requirements into digital solutions designs and architectural requirements to support the organization's sustainability and ESG goals.
• Planning, execution and evaluation of digital projects related to sustainability and ESG, supporting project timelines and quality standards under supervision, and learning to identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Cross-functional collaboration, coordination and communication between IT, sustainability, and other departments as well as external partners and vendors, to ensure digital projects align with business goals, defined milestones and sustainability targets. 
• Aid in the development and maintenance of project documentation and other deliverables.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to sustainability, and assist in incorporating them into strategies and designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology/management engineering or related fields
• Fluency in English and Italian
• General understanding of sustainable business practices, particularly within a manufacturing context.
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts and an eagerness to learn about project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
• Basic understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Basic understanding on how digital technologies can support sustainability and ESG solutions, such as E2E ESG Performance Management platforms, Carbon Management tools, etc.
• Awareness of cloud architecture patterns (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS, Hybrid) and a willingness to grasp security constraints and integration design patterns.
