It is among the world’s major producers of tyres and associated services and the only one focused solely on the Consumer tyre market, which includes tyres for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. 

 

The candidate will join the Commercial team, within the Motorsport department, and will be trained to manage orders, support marketing initiatives, and collaborate on exciting projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in order management, market analysis, and customer support, providing a unique opportunity to develop his/her skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 


Specifically, under tutor’s supervision, the candidate will be involved in the following activities: 
•    Collaborate to manage orders by interfacing with the Supply Chain and back-office teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.;
•    Assist in forecasting activities and support the management of the marketing budget to optimize resource allocation;
•    Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as leaflets, price lists, and order forms to support sales initiatives;
•    Help to manage promotional materials for clients and events, ensuring they are effectively distributed and utilized;
•    Support specific projects, including Formula SAE and HQ-managed events in the Italian market, ensuring all activities are executed smoothly;
•    Conduct market analysis to assess the feasibility of entering new championships and explore new sales channels for our Street Legal product line;
•    Assist in managing relationships with key OE customers in the Italian market, including Lamborghini, Ferrari, Pagani, and Dallara, providing top-tier support and service.

 

Requirements:

•    Master’s Degree in Quantitative Engineering, Economics, or related fields;

•    Fluency in English and Italian;

•    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel;
•    A strong analytical mindset, with a robust understanding of business and marketing principles;

•    Strong teamwork and communication skills;
•    Proactive attitude;

•    Knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.
