Title: Internship - Business Processes Design
Under tutor’s supervision, the trainee will have the opportunity to collaborate in the Sales & Marketing Processes Design area performing the following activities:
• Supporting the definition and analysis of the processes of services offered to B2B customers (B2B Commerce, B2B CRM);
• Helping with the coordination, support and roll-out training to markets for the release of new tools and features;
• Drafting of requirements for the implementation of new capabilities;
• Supporting the coordination of maintenance activities and process evolution;
• Contributing to oversee the platform standardization process and tools to ensure consistency of data collected by different systems and platforms;
• Reporting and monitoring of KPIs of adoption of instruments released on different markets;
• Supporting the Quality Assurance of implemented processes and tools.
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particular PowerPoint and Excel.
• Organization, proactivity and willingness to learn;
• Ability to clearly communicate business needs and requirements both to technical teams and internally to local marketing and/or headquarters;
• Ability to conduct analysis and testing to identify problems in a system and provide solutions;
• Ability to analyze business results and metrics.
