Pirelli is looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager who will join the Industrial Engineering & Digital Planning Team within the HQ of Pirelli Manufacturing Department.

He/she will be in charge of implementing and standardizing industrial efficiencies within the various plants all over the world, applying his/her knowledge of Six Sigma and/or WCM competencies.
He/she will have to develop actions to improve plant productivity, optimizing the cost/benefit ratio and interact with other plant functions to design and implement technical/organizational improvement projects. Also, he/she will be called to lead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with Pirelli Manufacturing System specialists at central level.


Required skills & competences:

 

• At least 8 -10yr experience in similar role
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Operational experience of managing continuous improvement activities continuous improvement especially in Workplace Organization, Autonomous activities, Logistics, Production Planning and Quality Control
• Knowledge of Six Sigma (Black Belt/Green Belt as a plus)
• Experience with quantitative data analysis and Smart Manufacturing tools
• Comfortable leading shop floor activities and presenting findings and recommendations to key executives.

 

The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of Industrial context, a good leadership, and is strongly results oriented.
