DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
You will join the European Marketing Team as a Junior Business Analyst, supporting key marketing initiatives across the region. This role offers hands-on experience in market analysis, performance tracking, and strategic project coordination. You will work in a dynamic and international environment, developing essential skills in marketing analytics, budget management, and promotional effectiveness.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
You will collaborate with your tutor in:  
•    Market Analysis: Evaluating sales channels, customer trends, and promotional effectiveness to support strategic decision-making.
•    Retail management process: Preparing reports with focus on Retail channel / Affiliation Programs  performance (Driver equities and franchising) / support in the coordination of the main projects dedicated to Retail (mainly digital tool adoption)
•    Marketing Operations: Assisting in budget tracking, BTL material coordination, sell-out promotions and sponsorship-related events.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Master’s degree in economics
•    Fluency in English.
•    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Analytical approach 
•    Team working attitude
Interest in commercial processes, sales performance analysis, and market dynamics.
