Pirelli is undertaking a huge and comprehensive program of Digital Transformation to support the Group strategic plans. In this context an important evolution is requested to improve and digitalize all the group activities related to ESG management. We strive to create a better future by integrating sustainable practices into our business operations and ESG dedicated digital solutions have a crucial role in achieving the sustainability goals. 
We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Project Manager to join our Architecture, Innovation, and Sustainability Team within the Digital Headquarters. In this role, you will play an important role in supporting our Sustainability and ESG digital journey, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects that contribute to our sustainability objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovation and foster sustainable practices throughout our digital initiatives.

Your Core Activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate sustainability and ESG goals into digital initiatives and projects. Moreover, foster cross-functional collaboration between IT, Sustainability and other departments to align digital projects with overall business objectives and sustainability targets
• Plan, execute, and manage digital projects related to sustainability and ESG, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Also, develop and maintain project documentation, monitoring and detecting possible risks and issues and taking proactive measures to mitigate them. 
• Coordinate and manage external partners and vendors (e.g. System Integrators) to leverage their expertise and ensure successful project delivery
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members, ensuring alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Also ensure regular stakeholders update, managing their expectations and engagement
• Remain updated of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to sustainability, and incorporate them into architectural evolution/designs and strategies

What We Are Looking For
• 4/5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role (nice to have experience on sustainability). 
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related 
• Good understanding of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks and industry best practices. Familiarity with sustainability certifications and regulations (eg ISCC, FSC, EUDR, CSRD)
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of digital technologies their application in sustainability and ESG domains (eg E2E ESG Performance Management platforms,…). Knowledge of Cloud architecture patterns (ie SAAS, PAAS, IAAS, Hybrid), security constraints and integration design patterns. Additionally, basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into architectural designs and solution requirements. Also, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
