Drive Your Future 
You will join the Travel Security, Incident, and Crisis Management program at Pirelli, where you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the program. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the organization's ability to mitigate risks and respond effectively to incidents and crises that may affect personnel or impact the Group's assets and operations.

 

Your Core Activities 
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Travel Security, Incident, and Crisis Management program, ensuring certification to the highest national and international standards (including ISO 9001 and ISO 31030)
• Manage, monitor, and develop KPIs for the Program, addressing gaps and inefficiencies through appropriate action plans
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives
• Manage and ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure and systems
• Conduct risk and threat assessments, identifying potential threats and emerging risks, and developing appropriate mitigation actions
• Implement security protocols and services for different risk scenarios, ensuring effective incident management and clear/timely communication at all decision-making levels
• Develop and implement training initiatives on security topics, protocols, and tools available to employees of the Group

 

What We Are Looking For
• At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Security, specifically in Travel Security Management, Incident & Crisis Management
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

What Puts You In Pole Position
• Preferred certifications include ASIS CPP, PCI, PAP, UNI 10459 “Security Manager” 
• Lead implementer certifications in ISO9001 and ISO31030
• Attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Ability to work in a team and with operational autonomy
