We are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist

 

The corporate affairs specialist will be part of the Corporate Affairs & Compliance of Pirelli. The main responsibilities of the role are related the management of the organization and the reporting of the corporate bodies’ meeting of the holding and the other legal entities of the Group;

 

He/She will be involved in the following <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI"">activities:

 

  • Management of the relations with “Autorità di Vigilanza” and in particular, will be focused on the relationship with “Borsa Italiana” and “Consob”, supporting the creation of press releases, publishing of relevant information on the website of the company;
  • Management and organization of the Assembly of the holding company (listed);
  • Support on the analysis of shareholder’s agreements and execution of the related tasks with “Consob, Camera di Commercio and Borsa Italiana”;
  • management of the “Registro Insider”, in relation to MAR and the Internal Dealing communications;
  • Corporate affairs support, in case of eventual corporate bond issue;
  • Monitoring of the external law and of the best practices regarding the corporate governance, in particular, with regards to Market Abuse.

 

Requirements:

 

·5-7 years of experience in a similar role;
·Fluency in English
