Drive Your Future 
The CRM IT Project Manager will join the Sales, Marketing and CRM Solutions within IT Department in Pirelli Group and will be responsible to drive the company digital transformation by managing projects related to new innovative CRM solutions with Salesforce.com.

Your Core Activities 
• Collect new demands from Sales & Marketing Departments in Headquarter and/or in the different countries around the world
• Qualify the new demands and prioritize the initiatives together with the Sales & Marketing in Headquarter
• Write down the requirements to be shared to Internal Dev Teams or external Suppliers to evaluate cost estimations
• Lead the implementation of approved initiatives, by monitoring the supplier or internal Dev team activities and assuring best practices are followed
• Supervise and QA the implementation from Business perspective, in order to assure future proved and scalable solutions for Pirelli group worldwide

 

What We Are Looking For 
• Bachelor degree in STEM or Economics with good understanding of IT Technology
• Proficiency in English
• 1 year Demand & Project Management experience is preferred
• Experience from 3 to 5 years in Consulting IT Companies or IT Department of multinational Groups working on IT Implementations
• Experience in managing the implementation of Salesforce CRM or any other solution (for example Microsoft, SAP, ...)
