SAP Authorization Management Support Craiova

Responsibilities

•    Understand the process of managing SAP accounts \ authorizing a user to a certain SAP transactions/ tables and the related internal procedures
•    Categorize, diagnose, analyze, and solve incumbent issues
•    Create/Maintain authorization SAP structures according to the Compliance department into the Development SAP system transported through a Change Request into the Test SAP system and eventually into the Production system
•    Analyze and maintain the alignment of the authorization structures
•    Bug Fix – authorization structures
•    SAP User management
•    SAP authorization Problem Management
•    Define mitigation controls according to the Compliance department
•    Users migration from ERP to GRC System
•    GRC Specific Users administration: Approver, Mitigation Monitor, Role Owner
•    Organizational value maps management
•    Troubleshooting SAP authorizations issues for standard and custom transactions
•    Maintain the SAP License number under control by cleaning up the obsoleted or unused SAP users in according with the SAP system responsible.
•    Compliance & Audit activities

Requirements

•    Faculty \ Master, or last year of study (Faculty Automatics \ Mathematics)
•    Medium IT skills
•    Italian– advanced level
•    English– advanced level
