Position purpose

Application maintenance support of Pirelli intranet web sites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

1.Platform administrator

2.Provide SharePoint support to client company

3.Provide support for internal SharePoint developed sites

4.Troubleshoot submitted user request and record through Help Desk Ticketing System

5.Administer SharePoint User Permission according to company policy and procedure

6.Create SharePoint apps integrated with Power Automate

Requirements

Education: Automatics or Information Technology degree.

Skills:- Microsoft applications: Office365, SharePoint, Teams is a plus

       - Working knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery is a plus

       - Fluent English is mandatory

       - Italian speaking/understanding is a plus

       - SharePoint knowledge is a plus

       - IT skills are mandatory
