Position purpose

Execute Purchasing Process according to internal company procedures and Purchasing Sourcing Handbook.

Minimize Total Cost of Ownership by insuring best commercial conditions for the company, while respecting deadlines and time frame.

Provide timely reporting to his/her line managers.

Responsibilities 

Negotiate offers and Issue Purchase Orders
Scouting for new suppliers
Collect info for creating new suppliers
Aggregation/reduction of suppliers
Manage the relationship with internal customers
Issue monthly reports
Management of internal catalogues
Reminder list for codified articles

Profile requirements

Education:University Degree
Competences:Mandatory:Language: English (Fluent ) , German (Medium level)IT: Proficient PC user with special regard to Microsoft Office suite
Desirable:Language: Italian (Medium level) IT: SAP Knowledge (MM Module)
