Title:  Internship Digital Workplace AOE&AD Support Specialist

Position Scope :
As an Endpoint Manager Administrator, you are responsible with the support and continuous improvement of IT – infrastructure environment. In addition, you will be part of a dynamic team in a continuous learning environment where much of your growth will be self-directed. Moreover, you will be actively involved with mentoring, training and collaborating with other departments to make our team fast, stronger and smarter at handling critical issues for internal customers.

Responsibilities :

•    Administer MEM 
•    Create, Test and manage application deployment for new and existing software
•    Provide 2nd level support for any action released in production
•    Develop process documentation for any action released in production
•    Patch Management
•    Software Asset Management

Profile requirements:

Education: 

Faculty of Computer Science, Computer Engineering - graduated or student.

Competences: 

Analysis and attention to detail, teamwork, accuracy, perseverance, using specialized terminology, communication and problem-solving skills. 

Experience: any experience in PowerShell, SQL Server, Active Directory Services, standard client/Server field will be an advantage
