DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

 As an Endpoint Manager Administrator,you are responsible for the support and continous improvement of the IT Infrastructe enviroment.

   In addition you will be part of a dynamic team in continous learning enviroment where much of your growth will be self dedicated. Moreover you will be actively involved in mentoring, training, and collaborating with other departments to make our team fast and stronger at handling critical issues for internal customers.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Support Microsoft Endpoint Manager administration.
• Assist with application deployment and patch management activities.
• Provide 2nd level support for endpoint-related incidents.
• Participate in PowerShell automation projects.
• Create and update operational documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to improve digital workplace services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager administration.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and endpoint management concepts.
• Familiarity with software deployment, patch management, and software asset management processes.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of Active Directory services and Client/Server environments.
•  Knowledge of SQL Server is considered an advantage
• Analysis and attention to detail, teamwork, accuracy, and perseverance.
• Ability to use specialized terminology, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• English at a good level, both written and spoken.

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

• Previous experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager administration.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with software packaging and deployment tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructures.
• Experience working in multinational or global support environments.
