Job Scope
Reporting to the Operative Marketing Manager, and an integral member of the Operative Marketing team, the post holder will help ensure that commercial KPIs are met. These include stock availability, channel mix, accurate forecasting, market share and management plan volume targets
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of monthly and annual size-by-size forecast volumes across the full Pirelli car tyre range, ensuring alignment with business targets
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets across the commercial structure
- Producing and analysing weekly and monthly KPI reports for senior management, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Oversee the maintenance of the UK car tyre portfolio, including:
- Managing the lifecycle of new and obsolete products
- Maintaining the UK car commercial product list
- Monitoring stock availability (including COP) and implementing corrective actions where required
- Support market research analysis:
- Leading interaction with marketing research agencies (e.g. Encircle / Lizeo)
- Analysing Europool/Market data on a size-by-size basis
- Conducting car parc analysis to identify market opportunities
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly forecast meetings, involving both UK and regional senior stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact and functional lead for cross-departmental coordination with the Contact Centre and Logistics teams on product related matters.
- Act as the main interface with Milan HQ on product issues
- Drive geo-marketing initiatives, focusing on sell-out performance to ensure all market opportunities are identified and maximised
Required Qualifications and Aptitudes
Education
- Degree level education (essential) – business related subject is preferable
Experience
- Able to demonstrate commercial awareness
- Experience with regular data analysis
- A background in Pricing or Logistics within a commercial organisation is desirable

- Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with data extraction, manipulation, understanding and interpretation
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent level of communication, able to influence and persuade others
- Excellent IT knowledge and skills, to include Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
- Adaptability and resilience, whilst working under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload, self-motivated to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Able to work alone unsupervised and as part of a team. Build strong working relationships
- Flexibility to work as required during critical reporting cycles (start-of-month, month-end, Management Plan period)
Salary for this role will be £35k - £36k, depending upon qualification, skills and experience.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. We have a Smart working policy (hybrid working; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home), although any new starters to the business will be required to be in the office on a full-time basis initially.
