DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

The candidate will work within the R&D team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities:

· Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.

· Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.

· Understanding and supporting the team about technical documentations, legal certifications and testing results.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical topics.

· Soft Skills: Interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English. An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques, a preference for data-driven decision making.

· Skills tecniche: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CAD software. Basic skills in Python are appreciated.
