Main Activities

Bollate plant is going through an industrial innovation phase in order to become the main and only Pirelli factory focused on the production of high value Made in Italy bicycles tires. 
Pirelli is looking for a passionate HR Generalist intern candidate which is graduating or have been graduated in Economics and/or Law study programs and she/he is highly intrigued to employees management in a productive environment.
The intern will join the HR team, will work with the Plant HRO Manager and will participate to the preparatory activities aimed to the realization of this new project.
The internship will be focused on the following activities:

-          Preparation and revision of the organizational structure and the staff concerning the project
-          Supervision and revisal of Industrial KPIs related to HR nature
-          Support during the implementation phase and cost of labor review of the plant
-          Support on the various administration processes of the plant
-          Support on the organization and preparation of useful material or meetings with the Administration related to the advancement of the project
-          Daily connection with the plant Administration on HR related topics
-          Continuous communication with employees on HR related topics
-          Constant interface with the Plant HR team / HQ on numerous subjects
-          Support on the training plans arrangement that are expected for the personnel requalification
-          Support on the coordination of the training activities provided and continuous interface with suppliers
-          Internal communication
Skills and experiences requirements:

-          Master of Science (MSc), preferably in Business Administration or Law or other relevant fields (Graduating Students or Graduate)
-          Attendance on training / university / master courses related to labor law is a plus
-          Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
-          Advanced English knowledge
-          Very good presentation and communication skills
-          Flexibility and assertiveness
