Main Activities:

The candidate will work within the Cycling Quality Team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities:

  • Monitoring quality data on a daily basis related to the different stages of the production process;
  • Support and management of quality improvement groups (A3-Problem Solving);
  • Support in system-capacity-process management (CP) and process-capacity centering (Cpk) for production machinery in order to keep the production process under control and anticipate any drifts and critical issues (via internal IT tools);                                                                                                  
  • Support in the online quality check list format design;
  • Support in the implementation and management of the Quality System with the goal of achieving/consolidating various certification;
  • Daily and Shifts production data reporting;
  • Support in the management of incoming material flows and management of critical issues related to it;
  • Support in the management of material control flows and support in critical issues related to it; 
  • Support in digital transformation of factory traceability data.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering                    
  • Fluent in Italian and English                        
  • MS Office
  • Statistical Process Control and Principles of Statistics    
  • Interest in process and production system management issues in order to improve quality systems.
  • Dynamic and flexible profile, combining a strong propensity for analysis with that for field activities in manufacturing realities, interested in the product and the customer
  • Interpersonal skills, teamwork and customer orientation
