To support the Team in various projects, we are looking for a  Trainee (m/d/f) in ​​supply chain & logistics (100%)

 

This 6-months to 1-year trainee program starts on 1st October 2024 (or to be defined).

 

We offer an internship in an innovative and dynamic company that offers an exciting and interesting work.

You will get the opportunity to gain practical experience by applying your theoretical knowledge into practice.

You can expect challenging tasks where independence and personal responsibility are required.  

You will have the opportunity to work on Data and various Kpis, monitoring, interpreting them and take the necessary actions.

The position is very dynamic and enhances the cross-functional support with many departments in the market and with our Headquarters in Italy.

 

Activities:

  • Projects:
    • To support the Logistics team on implementing and delivering strategic improvement projects

 

  • Reporting:
    • Creating monitors and reports with Clik-Sense platforms that can find solutions and add value to the function and customers
    • Monthly analysis and monitoring of the Service Level parameters of both International and Domestic Transport
    • To issue the Supply Chain and Logistic monthly report for the Top Management

 

  • Planning:
    • to plan direct shipment from the producers to the final customers, optimizing the time and the service level
    • to optimize the cross-docking flow, coordinating Headquarter’s referents and our local customer Service

 

  • Import from producers:
    • To monitor and control inbound flow from European producers to the local warehouse in Switzerland
    • To plan on a rolling basis the truck arrivals together with the Logistic Provider
    • Daily tracking of incoming vehicles and custom clearance operations

 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master with a focus on supply chain/ logistics or business administration/ economics or commercial (KV)

• Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP G20 SD module could be an advantage)

• Good level in German and English spoken and written

• Italian and/or French is an advantage

• Precision, diligence and conscientiousness

• Flair for numbers and analytical thinking

• Structured and independent way of working as well as reliability and flexibility

• Proactive personality with motivation and curiosity
