Intern in IT & Administration (100%) for 4 - 6 months

Pirelli Tyre (Suisse) SA is responsible for the distribution of Pirelli tires in Switzerland and offers a medium-sized structure with direct and flat hierarchies, as well as a pleasant multilingual working environment.

Your activities:

Area IT

• Installation of new laptop/desktop
• Software installation and upgrades
• User account management
• resolving technical issues (PC / Printer)
• Installation / configuring of mobile phones
• Local network management

Area Accounting:

• Electronical archiving of documents
• Managing of physical archive
• Booking of invoices

What do you need:

- Commercial training is an advantage (KV)

- Good PC skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP is an advantage

- Affinity for IT and technology

- Good level in English

- Good oral language skills in French or German or Italian are an advantage

- You are proactive, reliable, independent and know how to set priorities

- You are a team player, resilient, service-oriented and work carefully
