Main Activities

Role Description

The Salesforce Senior Developer will be part Digital Solution Center in Bari and will contribute to the timely delivery of developments related to CRM capabilities in Pirelli Ecosystem.

In particular, the candidate will take care of:

  • Solution Technical design in collaboration with Business and IT Milan Core Team;
  • Team Coordination and support to junior resources;
  • Code Development and Code review;
  • Code Deployment across the different Pirelli Environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production);
  • Prioritization of between Projects activities and production requests escalated from AMS 1st level Team within the Technical Team’s daily tasks.

Must-have Prerequisites:

  • BSC/MSC Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any other STEM degree;
  • 4+ years experience in Salesforce Developments;
  • Knowledge of one or more backend languages: Java/J2EE/node.js;
  • Knowledge of SQL/SOQL;
  • Knowledge of Apex/Visualforce/Lightning Aura Components;
  • Knowledge of core Salesforce products (Sales/Service/Community Cloud) standard modules and related features (For example Flows, Process builder, Approval workflow, lightnings pages, Sharing rules, Audiences, etc..);
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns;
  • Knowledge of HTML5/CSS;
  • Knowledge of Gitlab, code versioning and deployment best practices;
  • Very Good knowledge of English at professional level (written and spoken);
  • Curiosity, interest of learning new technologies/new product/features;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Team coordination.

 

Nice-to-have prerequisites:

  • Salesforce Certification (Developer track);
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics Survey Management platform;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered as a plus;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics is considered as a plus;
  • Knowledge of Jira and Agile/Scrum Methodology;
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM Process Framework.

 

Location: the position will be based at the new Pirelli office in Bari (BA), in a hybrid work model.
