You will work in the İzmit Factory Location. 

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Guarantee the efficiency and reliability of machineries, systems, and equipment of the plant.
• Ensure that the systems are in line with the standards of quality and with the requested product volumes.
• Assure the timely support and effective maintenance during the assigned work shift in order to keep the production active and ongoing, by leading and managing the assigned maintenance team.
• Plan and execute interventions and changes to the plant/machinery/equipment, in order to improve their efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate and develop projects for installation and improvement/modification of machinery, respecting the quality and the HSE standards, and achieving performance improvements and costs containment.
• Provide technical support to the purchasing team in negotiations with suppliers and to R&D for the development of company’s machinery specifications.
• Manage and optimize the maintenance budget at central and local level and develop maintenance programs ensuring machinery availability, reliability, and efficiency, also improving methodologies through the use of digital tools.
• Promote the bench marking and sharing of best practices among the factories, developing projects focused on achieving innovation and efficiency improvements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable universities, master’s degree will be an asset.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Knowledge on PLC, HMI, drive programming and troubleshooting on PLC based machines (Preferably experience in Simatic S7, Tia-Portal and RS Logix 5000, other PLC programming knowledge will be an asset).
• Knowledge on Comau & Kuka Robot Software & Hardware.
• TPM knowledge (Predictive, preventive, autonomous and breakdown maintenance management) and to be familiar a CMMS system.
• Pneumatic & Hydraulic knowledge will be an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Good command of MS Office applications, Autocad & Solidworks knowledge will be an asset
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Having no restrictions for travelling.
• Military completed for male candidates.
• Live/willing to live in Izmit is must.
