DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the Pirelli Italy sales organization within the Sales & Marketing area, operating in the Triveneto region. You will play a key role in developing the local business, managing and strengthening the existing customer portfolio while identifying new commercial opportunities.
You will work closely with the District Manager and the Italy sales team in a dynamic environment focused on performance and building valuable customer relationships.
This role represents a concrete opportunity to showcase your commercial skills, your consultative approach, and your passion for the automotive world, actively contributing to the growth of the Pirelli brand.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for:

Managing and retaining the existing customer portfolio (dealers, retailers, workshops, fleets, etc.).

Developing new business opportunities and acquiring new customers in the Triveneto area.

Supporting clients throughout the entire purchasing process with a consultative, value-driven approach.

Promoting and enhancing the Pirelli product range in line with Sales & Marketing strategies.

Negotiating commercial terms in compliance with company guidelines.

Preparing offers, quotations, and commercial proposals.

Monitoring sales performance and the customer portfolio.
-
Accurately updating and using company CRM systems.
-
Participating in sales meetings, promotional initiatives, industry events, and training activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Degree in Economics or Management.
-
At least 3–5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, with independent management of territory and sales targets.

Background in the automotive, tire, spare parts, or related sectors.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
-
Results-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and experience working toward targets.
-
Valid driver’s license (Category B).
COMPENSATION PACKAGE

The employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement

The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 35.000
-
The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications

The position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
