Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will support Marketing Team of the Moto business unit and he/she will be asked to deal with the following activities:

 

  • Market analysis, product range definition, monitoring the evolution of the circulating vehicle park;
  • Collects the consumer behaviour and brand positioning through the analysis of the performance of promotional campaigns and reporting activities;
  • Managing of the content social media plan and supporting in the realization of material for the local pages/contents;
  • Analysis and reporting focus on sell in, secondary sell in and sell out;
  • Development and updating benchmark vs competitors;
  • Interaction with Marketing functions with the goal to enhance product features and position in the market;
  • Relationship with the sales force for dealer management.
  • Supporting the production of product material for the local PoS (brochures, leaflets, flyers, ect.) and technical training with dedicated presentations;

Skills & Competencies

  • Openness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities;
  • Basic knowledge/passion for the motorcycle/tyre sector is considered a plus.

 

Studies & Degree

Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing Management or related fields.

Language

Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2).

Digital / IT Skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel.
