DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the R&D department, within the Innovation Team, and have the opportunity to:

· get to know the R&D organization, processes and governance, interacting with other functions within Pirelli (HR, Manufacturing, Quality, Sustainability, R&D Product & Materials, etc.;

· be involved in the activities managed by Pirelli’s R&D Academy, responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering global technical training initiatives for R&D and technical functions, at Pirelli Headquarter in Milan and across worldwide operative units, including internal knowledge sharing initiatives supporting the dissemination of technical know-how and best practices.

This internship offers hands-on and end-to-end experience on training projects, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, cross-functional and international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

· design, development and implementation of new training initiatives, based on both traditional classroom and digital learning approaches.

· support operational coordination and continuous update of the R&D Academy training catalogue, including interaction with internal stakeholders, trainers and participants, as well as activities aimed at improving digital systems and tools supporting training and knowledge sharing processes.

· contribute to the analysis, communication and reporting of training activities, including feedback collection, data consolidation and preparation of structured reports and presentations, supporting the coordination of training programs delivered at global level.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR · Master’s degree in humanistic, economic, scientific and design field

· Fluency in English and Italian

· Proficiency in using Office suite

· Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or E-learning platforms will be considered a plus.
