You will join the Sustainability function, and you will be involved in the worldwide mobility trend analysis and in the development of sustainable mobility initiatives for employees worldwide, contributing to projects focused on decarbonization, road safety, and innovation in corporate commuting, travel and fleet management. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will support your tutor in:

· Analysis and continuous monitoring of mobility trends such as electrification, sharing mobility, autonomous driving, etc.

· Researching and proposing innovative solutions to measure and reduce CO₂ emissions and enhance road safety for employees’ mobility.

· Drafting the sustainability plan aligned with business objectives, with a focus on decarbonization and road safety.

· Collecting and analyzing data related to mobility emissions and safety performance across global operations.

· Analyzing the corporate mobility at 360°, including company fleets, business travel, and mobility-related safety initiatives.

· Monitoring progress and report on sustainability KPIs related to mobility initiatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Degree in Mobility Engineering or similar.

· Fluency in Italian and English.

· Knowledge of Office and database management.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Proactivity and specific interest in the subject
