DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the Supply Chain team, within the International Transport department (Land&Air Team), and will have the opportunity to gain an overview from both a business and an operational perspective. This internship offers hands-on experience on road and air transportation flows, with a focus on Intra-European and Mexico–US road corridors and worldwide airfreights.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will collaborate closely with your tutor and the international team to:
- Support the management of Intra-EU road transport flows, ensuring service continuity and alignment with planning requirements.
- Monitor MX–US cross-border flows, supporting issue resolution and escalation management.
- Coordination with international teams for urgent or strategic airfreight shipments
- Coordinate with Control Towers, local teams and carriers to maintain alignment across the supply chain.
- Evaluate transport performance (KPIs, service level, transit time) identifying improvement opportunities.
- Support tender and benchmarking activities for road transport suppliers.
- Contribute to transport cost reporting and analysis.
- Support service requirement definition and supplier management activities
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Master's degree (or ongoing) in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
