You will join the Supply Chain team, within the International Transport department, and will have the opportunity to gain an overview from both a business and an industrial perspective. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:

Support the management of finished product export flows from China, ensuring smooth daily operations and handling critical issues proactively.

Coordinate with China’s Control Tower and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

Negotiate and evaluate alternative transport solutions and routes with carriers.

Monitor and assess suppliers’ performance, identifying improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with planning and local teams to define transport requirements.

Define and optimize transport plans within the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS).

Ensure documentation accuracy in ERP systems and maintain updated data across tools.

Support reporting and data analysis activities, contributing to performance tracking and decision-making.

Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative, data-driven solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

Fluency in English and Italian.

Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools (knowledge of Access or similar tools is a plus).

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Knowledge of programming, automation tools, or AI applications is a plus (not mandatory but highly valued).
