Join the Motorsport Research & Development team and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in technical support for the development of tires to supply the main world championships in Motorsport.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

*Elaborating and analysing data coming from outdoor sessions at racetrack and indoor activities;

*Creating strong report procedures to improve results exchange with other R&D functions;

*Developing new testing procedures, using state-of-the-art sensors, to enhance data acquisition and enrich testing output.

*Defining new methodologies to improve indoor and outdoor correlation;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

*Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields;

*Fluency in English. Italian knowledge would be a plus;

*Good knowledge of Vehicle Dynamics;

*Basic experience on Data Management and Analysis;

*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel;

*Good knowledge of Matlab.

*Experience with Python and SQL is a plus;

*Team working attitude;

*Strong problem solving skills;
