DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the R&D department, within the Innovation Team, and have the opportunity to:

• Support high-impact innovation programs and R&D projects across multiple technological domains
• Gain practical experience in R&D reporting, project coordination, and innovation management processes
• Contribute to strategic R&D initiatives, supporting planning, monitoring, and execution activities
• Collaborate closely with internal R&D teams and corporate support functions in a highly cross-functional setting
• Take part in structured reporting and data collection, transforming insights into actionable outputs
• Help coordinate activities across diverse stakeholders, fostering alignment and knowledge sharing

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in humanistic, economic, scientific and design field
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Proficiency in using Office suite
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or E-learning platforms will be considered a plus.
