DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the Country Italy commercial organization, specifically the Sales & Marketing area, a dynamic and cross-functional group dedicated to optimizing customer experience and sales processes. You will support your tutor in business operations by enhancing digital platforms, streamlining customer interactions and ensuring the efficiency of Sales & Marketing systems and processes. This position will help you develop both your analytical skills and your sales abilities. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
•    Supporting Sales Force Operations activities to exploit the full commercial potential of Pirelli network.
•    Implementing and developing commercial projects in customer service & business integration areas
•    Conducting commercial benchmarking activities aimed at improving existing functionalities and applications.
•    Managing applications, communication, routines through traditional approach, innovative CRM platforms full adoption, commercial experiences support on field according to the customers’ needs  
•    Conducting benchmarking activities aimed at improving existing functionalities and applications.
•    Preparing detailed reports and presentations for management, providing useful insights into business strategies across the national and international automotive competitive arena

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•    Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
•    Language: good knowledge of spoken and written English.
•    Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel. A predisposition for the use and learning of IT tools is highly valued.
•    Soft Skills: initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and strong communication and relational abilities.
