DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Human Resources team, supporting the HR Business Partner Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle of different functions at global level.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in supporting the Line to facilitate people life cycle management; precisely:

· Involvement in all HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management);

· Involvement in full life cycle recruitment;

· Development/international mobility career path – training plans;

· Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Master’s degree in economics/law/philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;

· Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics;

· Fluency in English and good communication skills.
