Become a key player in the NEXT MIRS Production Planning Team and contribute to improve our process. NEXT MIRS is a highly automated production area dedicated to the manufacturing of Ultra High Performance tires for the world's leading premium automotive brands.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

· Support in production planning and monitoring industrial KPIs target

· Process optimization (develop and implement new tools)

· Process analysis to identify key factors and maximize the output

· Build effective team work networking with production function as R&D, maintenance and quality

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Master's degree, recent graduate or graduating student in Automotive Engineering, and Engineering Management

· English language skills

· Office: deeply knowledge in Excel, including pivot labels and chart, data analysis and managing indicators- Programming language will be considered a plus
