Pirelli is looking for a recent graduate to join the Digital Workplace & User Services team within the IT & Digital department as an intern.
The selected candidate will be involved in the management and support of Digital Workplace platforms, contributing to the development and quality of IT services while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise environments.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

  • Help monitor project progress by updating trackers (tasks, deadlines, issues/risks) and preparing short status updates and technical documentation.
  • Analyze recurring issues, collect data, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Support in monitoring service performance, follow up on requests, and interact with support teams to ensure service continuity
  • Participation in IT service implementation and continuous improvement projects, including progress monitoring and KPI tracking
  • Support in the management, maintenance, and monitoring of Digital Workplace platforms and Cloud/On-Premises services (Office 365, Active Directory, Entra ID)
  • Use ticketing and service management tools to track requests, manage priorities, and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with IT teams, Service Desk, and other internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and support end users

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a master’s degree in informatics, Informatics Engineering, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft suite (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, EntraID).
  • Curious about digital tools, cloud platforms and Digital Workplace
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell would be considered a plus
