DRIVE YOUR FUTURE You will join the Compliance function and will be trained to ensure that the company's operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. The internship offers hands-on experience in monitoring compliance activities, preparing reports, and supporting the development and implementation of compliance programs.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  You will support in:

· Drafting, implementing, and monitoring Policies, Procedures and best practices.

· Monitoring of the Internal Control System on Financial Reporting (ref. Italian Law 262/05) and Sustainability Reporting (ref. EU CSR Directive).

· Coordinating with other functions on day-to-day requests, projects management, and initiatives.

· Supporting the relevant functions in the implementation of corrective actions in case of process issues (e.g., Internal Audit findings, SoD, etc.).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Degree in Economics, or equivalent.

· Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1).

· Detail oriented with excellent written communication skills.
