DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will collaborate with the HSE function, with a primary focus on industrial hygiene management, ensuring the assessment, control and continuous improvement of chemical, physical and biological risk prevention across the Group, in compliance with applicable regulations, standards and internal procedures.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
•Defining and maintaining guidelines to ensure compliance with health, safety and industrial hygiene regulations.
•Supervising the assessment of workplace conditions to prevent exposure to chemical, physical and biological risks.
•Evaluating new materials and processes from an industrial hygiene perspective, defining related precautions.
•Designing and overseeing Group processes for the safe use and handling of dangerous substances.
•Supporting R&D, Purchasing and Manufacturing functions in material approval activities.
•Coordinating material composition reporting to customers and suppliers with internal stakeholders.
•Planning and participating in industrial hygiene audits at company and factory level.
•Defining and monitoring industrial hygiene performance indicators and related reporting.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
•At least 8 years HSE experience in manufacturing industries.
•Solid knowledge of industrial hygiene topics and related regulations.
•Familiarity with HSE management systems and related procedures (e.g. ISO 45001).
•Fluency in Italian and English.
•Availability for travel/short trips abroad.
WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION
•Experience in HSE or Industrial Hygiene roles within manufacturing environments.
•Qualifications as an Industrial Hygiene specialist according to applicable legislation.
•Experience in chemical, rubber or process industries.
•Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to operate in complex organizations.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
•The employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
•The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than 60.000 euro.
•The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications
•The position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies
