DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Operations function within the Pirelli Plant in Bollate, supporting projects and daily activities aimed at improving efficiency, coordination, and performance across the supply chain and manufacturing network. This internship offers broad exposure to key operational processes and the chance to collaborate with multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

•  Supporting operations team in all daily activities.

•  Contributing to process-improvement initiatives and operational analysis.

•  Helping monitor key performance indicators and preparing reports.

•  Collaborate with all manufacturing functions on cross‑functional projects.

•  Be an active member of specific kaizen groups dedicated to the continuous improvement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or similar.

• Analytical mindset and interest in operations and continuous improvement.

• Fluency in Italian and English.

• Interest in industrial environments and plant‑based activities.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
