As a Work Analysis Manager, the candidate will be involved in the optimization of our production processes, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. His/her role will be aimed to drive productivity gains, reduction of cycle times, and promotion of continuous improvement within our operations.

 

Main activities: 
•Productivity Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of production data, including throughput, downtime, and resource utilization/equipment saturation, to identify opportunities for productivity enhancement. 
•Production Cycle Time Analysis: Analyze production cycle times, examining each stage of the manufacturing process to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develop detailed time studies and workflow analyses to streamline operations and reduce overall cycle times.
•Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor performance against targets and benchmarks, providing timely reports and insights to management and main stakeholders.
•Efficiency and Improvement Identification: cooperating with the main functions involved, identify opportunities for efficiency gains and waste reduction and related productivity improvement actions by assessing current processes and workflows, thus ultimately optimizing the cost/benefit ratio.

 

Requirements
•Bachelor/Master’s degree in in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or related field).
•Proven experience in productivity analysis, cycle time optimization, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
•Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
•Time analysis certificate.
•Fluent in English.
•Knowledge of Office Suite.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
