We are looking for an Organization Project Manager to join our HR Organization team. 
Reporting directly to the Head of Organization He/ she will be involved both on daily activities as well as in the project management of the different global initiatives.

 

He/she will be responsible for the following activities:
•Drive organizational design, business process review and transformation projects directly interacting with business leaders and external partners;
•Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, roles and structure;
•Carry out internal/external benchmarks and analysis on organizational structures and processes, including sizing and costs analysis;
•Develop the change management approach and the communication plan for the implementation of the main processes and organizational changes;
•Update and maintain the job roles catalogue including main accountabilities, business performance metrics and KPIs, skills and competences;
•Collaborate with HR business partners and HR regional counterparts to efficiently define requirements and implement projects;
•Collaborate with Corporate functions in keeping updated the system of company boards composition and powers of attorney.

 

Requirements: 
•Bachelor's Degree required.
•Strong quantitative analysis skills.
•3+ years of experience.
•Problem solving and project management.
•Foreword thinking, initiative and drive.
•Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functionality.
•Fluency in English and Italian.
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite.
•Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma tools knowledge as a plus.
