The key responsibility of the Compliance Manager Europe is to ensure the maintenance and development of the Compliance Region; specifically, to maintain a high level of knowledge of current and emerging laws, regulations, codes and recent enforcement actions throughout the involved region; identification of applicable Region and Group regulatory requirements, and related assessment of impacts on business processes and procedures.

To ensure this, collaborate with Regional Colleagues to create, improve and implement strategies and programs related to:

• Development, review, and administration of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various legislations as well as the Code of Ethics that underlies Corporate policy;
• Support transaction teams in due diligence on AML, improving the program based on the results of the activity (potential gaps and risks);
• Collaborate in assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of organizational measures taken to mitigate the Company's anti-corruption risk;
• Analyze sanctions risks related to Trade activities in light of legislative changes through third-party analysis, flow and supply chain tracking;
• Monitor the regulatory requirements provided to protect Consumers and their personal data;
• Monitoring ESG-related regulations that impact on Compliance issues (such as, but not limited to, human rights and environmental protection);
• Support the certification activities of the Compliance management system and closely related activities;
• Periodic monitoring of the system of internal controls with the aim of preventing possible regulatory violations;
• Manage and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with the different teams in the company involved in different issues and with external legal advisors who support the company in that.

Requirements
• 6-8 years of working experience in the compliance field;
• Knowledge of European legislation;
• Fluent English;
• International mindset and approach.
