Title: Internship - HR Learning & Development
The Learning & Development Intern will support the L&D team in people development activities such as:
• Design and delivery of learning programs and initiatives interacting with HR Managers, Business Leaders, Academy Managers and External Partners
• Data driven analysis on L&D processes and initiatives for reporting, also through the internal Learning Management System
• Data interpretation aimed at identifying insights useful to drive L&D initiatives
• Performance Management process coordination at global level
• Talent identification and development processes global coordination, interacting with External suppliers, HR Managers and Business Leaders
• Global Programs design, delivery and cascading
• Continuous evolution and improvement of learning systems
• L&D trends and tools monitoring
Requirements:
• Passionate about people development
• Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Management
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Quantitative analysis skills
• Problem solving and project management
• Strong teamwork skills and cross-functionality
• Public speaking skills
