Title:  Internship - Demand Planning

Within the European Operative Marketing, the Demand Planning team is in charge of coordinating commercial activities at European level, with a focus on volume forecast accuracy and sales forecast.

Main Activities:

Demand Planning

• Analyze the coherence volume forecast proposals for main product segments and market trends.  
• Communicate to markets together with product marketing team the New Product Introductions, phase-in/out and products' strategy to adjust demand plan. 
• Monitor the forecast accuracy trend and take initiatives to improve it. 

 
Sales Forecasting

• Prepare the monthly Sales Forecast report variances to Top Management. 
• Liaise with regional/market forecasting responsible to understand the variations (price, volume, mix) on forecast. 
• Support the team in managing the monthly and budget forecasting process. 
• Support in preparing the material for the presentations to Top Management and to the Country Managers.

Requirements:

Good interpersonal and communication skills 
Analytical and numerical mindset
Good knowledge of MsOffice especially MsExcel, MSPowerPoint and MsAccess 
Intermediate English Level
